What is the minimum subscription period?

There is none. Whenever you cancel, you will not be billed for any more monthly subscription payments.

What if I don’t use all my item credits within a given month?

Don’t fret, we’re not out to take advantage. We employ a three month fair usage policy. This means that your item credits carry forward for an additional two months after the month they were accrued in so they don’t go to waste if you have a quiet month etc.

How would I cancel my subscription?

It’s easy. In the event you want to cancel your subscription, you just need to log into AutoEntry and under Account Settings – Billings and Subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription.

What if I need to upgrade my subscription?

No problem. You just need to log into AutoEntry and under Account Settings – Billings and Subscriptions, you can upgrade your subscription or alternatively you can send a quick email to sales@AutoEntry.com and tell us which subscription level you would rather be on.

How could I downgrade my subscription?

To downgrade your subscription, you just need to log into AutoEntry and under Account Settings – Billings and Subscriptions, you can change your subscription or alternatively you can send a quick email to support@ocrex.com and tell us which subscription level you would rather be on.

When does the month start and finish as far as the subscription is concerned?

Subscription is from the date you sign up to a subscription and pay for it.You will be billed on a monthly basis on that date going forward.

What if I have a busy month and need more item credits than my subscription provides for?

No problem. You can always process more items than you have accrued credits for. In this case, these extra item credits will be billed at exactly the same item cost as you are already paying on your subscription. There is no surcharges or premium item rates for exceeding the item limit of the subscription. Payment will be taken for these extra credits at your next billing date.

If I upgrade or downgrade my subscription, when does this take affect?

Whether you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, it will take effect on the next monthly billing date. If you have any questions, email sales@AutoEntry.com or call us.

Will I have access to my files and data after I cancel my subscription?

While we are not going to continue hosting your files and data forever, we’re not going to dump it before you get a chance to download it either. You will have three months to access your AutoEntry account, including all files and data, from the time your subscription cancellation takes effect. Of course, should you reconsider within those three months and re-subscribe, you will always have access to it.
